Overview
This directory contains the public files associated with TaxonImprint v1.5 (Beta). 
These materials are provided for testing, evaluation, and early application of the 
TaxonImprint evidentiary metadata system. All files are subject to refinement as 
feedback is incorporated and future versions are prepared.

Using These Files
Users may apply the extraction script to any species level taxonomic paper of their 
choice. Example extractions are not included, as these would necessarily reproduce 
copyrighted material. Reproducibility can be tested independently on manuscripts 
selected by the user.

The Token Lexicon defines all available evidence domains and their tokens. The 
Quickstart Prompt provides a short set of instructions for LLM based extraction. 
The Version History outlines changes across releases.
